Just needed something light as the week’s been full of not only terrorism, but thunderstorms, gloom, and the loss of a necklace Bill gave me many years ago, a loss both because of the sentimental value as well as the actual value.
So here’s a picture just for fun. Feel free to take a guess as to what it is. I’ll give you the answer in tomorrow’s post.
Ice Cream or soap
April showers? (Hail in the midwest…) 😉
My daughter is guessing cake batter.
Tune in tomorrow. 🙂 Tell our daughter thanks for playing.

Water droplets on cake?
lizard or spider eggs
or the far off galaxy of “Generous Eggzema” 4K light years from here.
Or next week’s Friday Fictioneers
It reminds me of meringue :o)
It looks a little like a Mandelbrot set… but it’s not…
It looks too solid to be a milkshake, so I’m going to guess cheese. (Though I’m pretty sure I’m wrong.) All I really wanted to say is, I agree about all the sadness in the news, and what a good idea to give us all a little fun. So sorry about your necklace. I hope it will turn up soon.
Ooh, it’s beautiful, but I’m guessing mold!
So pretty! Do I spy two soap bubbles on the right hand side of the photograph? My guess. A close-up shot of mold. Interesting mystery!! T. (Sorry to hear about your necklace? Any updates?)
Thanks to you and to Jan for asking. Nothing. I don’t really expect anything after a day, especially with gold the price it is. 😦 But in the scheme of the terrorism in Boston, the explosion and fire in Texas (not terrorism) and so much else, I still feel very blessed, albeit a bit sad.
As for the photo, all will be revealed tomorrow. 🙂

Janet, don’t give up hope! Once while staying at an artist retreat, my diamond popped out of my ring. After sweeping the very large recreation cabin, I found it! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Sending positive vibes your way! T.
🙂 Everywhere I go around the house and car I keep looking. Life is still good and Bill got good news on his blood test, so the important things are going well.
Appreciate your support!

It looks to me like a close-up of flour on top of milk or water.

Whatever it it, it looks cool! 🙂
frozen cheese cake
I lost a ring Rob gave to me when we’d first started dating. It was a ring of his mother’s, which made the loss even more tragic. It was gone a full year and then last year while cleaning the horse’s stall, I found it. I’d apparently ‘thrown’ it into the stall with a flake of hay (the ring was loose and I shouldn’t have been wearing it during chores). It just somehow appeared after I’d searched and searched, so maybe yours will too. I attribute his mother’s assist from the other side for that little recovery 🙂 Surely there is an angel out there to help you find yours.
I know the Lord have it returned if that’s what He wants but if not, there’s a reason for that, too. My dad lost his wedding ring while staying a the cabin of friends and they found it months later, so who knows?
So glad you found your ring!

Ice cream. Reminds me of Dippin’ Dots except that this picture doesn’t really show small dots. Soursop or vanilla flavour.
The answer is on its way. Thanks for playing. 🙂

Hmm? A reaction between vinegar and bicarbonate of soda? I have no idea, but I think it might make good FF prompt.
We’d get some interesting stories from it, that’s for sure!!
