Today‘s Daily Prompt is “The Artist’s Eye”. The question is whether there’s a painting or piece of sculpture to which I’m drawn. Although our house is filled with pieces that fit this description, this is one of the first pieces I bought after we were married. It’s an Indian wedding vase, although I regret that I no longer remember from which tribe. I bought it in Sedona, Arizona while visiting my parents and brought it home as a gift for my husband and me. I still find as lovely today as the day I saw it.

What a lovely idea to give a wedding gift! We never did that besides exchange of rings :P… Interesting vase, but I think the sentiment behind it is precious too. 🙂
Wow! Its gorgeous!
Ouuu, love the Wedding Vase! It’s beautiful! I beleive the design in the painting is either Dine or Hopi.
very pretty!
Thanks, Cathy. Hope you’re feeling better today.
