We have been enjoying fresh raspberries as well. It just doesn’t get much better than right off the bush and into the kitchen. ๐
Theses came via the bushes of someone at the farmers market, but they are wonderful!!

Oh those zucchini flowers and raspberries look so inviting, is that cima di rapa or broccoli under the flowers? Great photos and right on the challenge! ๐

The raspberries look delicious… Have not had any fresh for awhile.. What are the yellow flowers.?
Fantastic! I love to stuff them with a little herbed ricotta, then lightly batter and flash fry them. Yum!
Definitely yum!

Coincidentally, this post reminded me that I needed to make a fresh fruit salad. Thanks!
Glad to help. ๐ Enjoy.

Those raspberries look delicious!
They were. ๐ Now we’re enjoying blackberries, strawberries (from Whole Foods, no local ones) and peaches.

They are. Not that many years ago, there used to be raspberries for only a very short while at the farmers market. Now the season stretches for many weeks. I don’t know if there are different varieties now that bear fruit at different times or some other reason, but I’m thankful no matter why.

Mmmm! I’m not familiar with the zuchini flowers though, if that’s what they are. I can almost feel the texture of the broccoli.

I’ll have a pound each of the raspberries and the zucchini flower. Mmmm.
They’re on their way. ๐ Definitely yum and we have peaches right now as well. Their perfume is divine.

Good Morning: Mmmm, raspberries. 3 baskets for $5 at the end of the day at the Civic Center farmers market in San Francisco. Vonn Scott Bair
An excellent deal, Vonn. I hope you got at least 3. We got a bargain on enormous blackberries earlier this week and have been enjoying them with peaches and strawberries. Have a lovely weekend.

Love the contrasting colours in the second photo.
Thanks, Colline. The market is so colorful this time of year.

You’ve made me crave raspberries! What a glorious photo!
Thanks very much! We found some amazing blackberries at the farmers market mid-week and have just finished reveling in them. Still have peaches and strawberries, although the strawberries came from a sale at Whole Foods, no more at the market. But they’re quite good.

Love the photo of the raspberries ๐
If you love it as much as we loved the raspberries, it’s true love. ๐

Mmmm; garden fresh. Great!
Those raspberries remind me of the fruits salad that I did for tonight, with a frozen “red fruit” mix (raspberries, blueberries), sliced peaches that were starting to get too ripe, & handful of cherries.
Voilร .
Sounds delish! We’ve been having blackberries, strawberries and peaches, but now have to be satisfied with peaches and strawberries as the blackberries are gone. I’ll try to endure. ๐
