Hi Janet, I agree with Vincent on this one. Loving people especially those close to us is the best you can get. It is not always easy. Like art it is an evolving process and something which must be worked on daily so must we do the same to those we love.
You’re so right. It’s generally not easy, at least all the time, and it takes work, on ourselves as well as on loving the other person. Sometimes it means acting in way they may not think are loving, as in the case of “tough love”, the love that realizes that true love is not giving in to the other person or enabling them. Love is definitely a work in progress.

However, if you wanted to tell Vincent that you loved him, you had to make sure you were standing on his good side. 😉
