It’s been a very full four days and since we have to get ready to fly back to Chicago this afternoon, I don’t have much time to write.  It’s been a wonderful trip!  Yesterday I ended up spending a good part of the afternoon watching the America’s Cup with a group of New Zealanders (not a good day for them) and last night was an amazing party thrown by Oracle on Treasure Island.  But let me share a variety of shots I took while wandering through the city.  i promise more writing when we’re back home and I have more time.  So get on your walking shoes because here we go.

And I live 65 miles away and couldn’t make it in for America’s Cup! Great photos!!

    • Wish you could have made it in and hung out with me a day! Glad you liked the photos. My progress around town was sometimes slow because I kept stopping to take pictures. Lots of fun!!

  2. Great pics! Glad you enjoyed your visit!

  3. What a fun day in San Francisco!

    • I had three lovely days in the city and did a LOT of walking and shooting. I would have taken even more photos, but wouldn’t have gotten to even the places I did because there’s so much to photograph!

  4. Oh, such beautiful photos, but they made me homesick. I’m originally from the Bay Area. And while I have lived in Chicago longer than any other city, I am still nostalgic about my childhood. Hope you enjoyed your visit!

    • How funny! We’re from Chicago now and were taking a break in San Francisco. 🙂 My husband was at the Oracle convention/workshop and I had fun seeing a bit of the city and taking pictures. So glad you enjoyed them!!
