Tea is my habit too! 🙂

  2. WIndow pictures are always intriguing. Even better with captions supplied! Great find

    • I’d just stopped in to sample some teas and saw this on the way out. It was so beautiful and full of interesting things that I couldn’t pass it up and, as you say, having a perfect caption is a bonus. I like window shots for the reflections, too.

  4. It is my Habit Too Janet 🙂

    • When I originally went to England (and Europe) way back in the mid-70’s, I’d never had tea at all. They steeped it so much that I had to take it half milk, but when I returned after almost a year, I drank it straight. I’m so happy that there’s so much great tea available now and with Starbucks set to enter the tea market via their Teavana brand and lots of tea houses, it should get even better (not the tea quality necessarily, but the availability of tea shops.)

      • Tea is great indeed, but for good coffee or tea luckily here you do not have to go to Starbucks…………

      • No, I didn’t mean that. I only get my tea there when I’m traveling and there are no other places or if a friend wants to go there for coffee. But when Starbucks builds coffee shops, the number of independent shops increases dramatically and I hope that will happen with tea as well. I was surprised a few years ago when we were in London, that there didn’t seem to be many independent tea shops but there were Starbucks, filled with people, everywhere.

      • I understand. Maybe it is me being the simple Dutchman I am and not too bothered with hypes and habits 😉
I think English drink tea a lot at home, and in little cafe’s and pubs. Do not know if there is a market for that but we will see!

      • A simple Dutchman, are you? 🙂 I was thinking more of the US, where there are quite a few independent tea houses now but we can always use more. Many coffee places has tea, but as a secondary product. Peet’s has some rather good tea and they’re expanding their market.

        Enjoy your Saturday, Chris.

      • Yep I am a simple Dutchman! I hope you get more places where you can get a decent cuppa tea in the US! In The Netherlands we drink class 3 tea: the left overs that is ;-). Luckily England is near 🙂 have a great weekend!

  11. Tea is good, we probably have 20-something different flavors in the house, but I drink more coffee.

  12. nuvofelt says:

I drink tea every day too – always without milk – and in almost any colour 😉

  13. The best habits in the world 😀

  14. Cathy Ulrich says:

Tea is a great habit, Janet. I like Rooibos!

  15. Guilty as charged. Constantly drinking it!

nice click. wanted to post a similar one but was not happy with the click.

  18. Wise words indeed. It’s funny, because I tend to forget about tea during the summer, but I’m already up to an average of 4 – 5 cups of tea now that the weather has grown cold again. It’s a good habit to have, at least!

  24. Tea is super enjoyable – love peppermint, french earl grey, english breakfast & licorice to name a few 🙂
