Weather allowing, at about 8 am CST this morning, we’ll be in the air on our way to Miami and, from there, to San José , Costa Rica. We’ll be staying near Manuel Antonio in the rain forest area, a completely new place and experience for me. I hope to have lots of photos to share. In the meantime, enjoy some more spectacular Chihuly from Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix and understand that I may not be able to reply to comments for some time. But please do comment. I enjoy hearing from you.

Such gorgeous colors and movement you have captured.

  5. I love Chihuly’s work. These are awesome images, Janet. 🙂

  6. How beautiful. I especially like the mild confusion about what’s glass and what’s plant.

Have a fascinating, warm delightful trip 🙂 (No exclamation points, but I couldn’t hold myself back from a bit of emphasis there. So 🙂 )

  7. He’s one of my favorite artists that uses glass as their medium. You captured his pieces and shown their sensibility in a natural environment. Well done.

  8. Simply amazing… Talk about raw talent on view. I can’t even fathom all of the work and skill that goes into making such incredible glass pieces.
