If you stay at the Hotel Diva in San Francisco and there happens to be a fire, you’ll have to “zigzag” to hurry down the fire escapes. But be careful not to be distracted by the shades!
A day of packing, two of travel/driving, and then vacation will keep me occupied for the next several weeks. Excuse my absence from most internet activities and feel free to drop by to share the wonders of Wyoming with me on the blog.
It’s really nice that they’ve taken the trouble to make their backside look nice, too, doncha think, Janet ? And if you were escaping a fire, I reckon you’d be so goddam DIZZY from the zigzag steps that you wouldn’t notice if the blinds were up and there was action ! 😀
Ha, M.R. I only meant that you might get distracted by the outsides of the blinds. Never even thought about what’s going on inside. I would hope in case of fire, everyone would try to leave, rather than do anything interesting inside. 🙂
That looks like a very fun hotel. Awesome photo! 🙂
We were just walking down the street, looked up and saw this. How could I not take a photo? 🙂

I certainly would have. I have been to SanFran once and would love to go again Great city.
Love it! Shades are great. When I first start reading and you mentioned San Francisco I thought you were going to have a photo of Lombard Street. 🙂
I’ve seen two Lombard Street photos already, both nice. But this is different!

Very cool photo for the challenge 🙂
certainly lots of zig zagging to get up or down.
Very true, although probably no one will go up. Thanks for visiting.

Great one Janet!!!
Oh my gosh, I just love this one! The “diva” designation really makes it work. Perfect choice.
Thanks a lot, Tina. 🙂
