I’m wondering about that teeth mould – any ideas ?
Maybe it fell out of someone’s sports bag or ?? No idea really. A bit like the one shoe lying in the street.
Oh, OK: it’s one of those sports thinggies. Got it, maroon that I am. 🙂
Hmmm, didn’t know you were maroon. 🙂 I don’t know for sure that it’s for sports but it might be.
well the teeth mold looks just like the new retainers they use for invis-inline (sp?) – or the trays I got for belching my teeth – so when I see that not he ground I think “dollars” – and cool levis cartoon. 🙂
I thought dollars, too, but wonder how it happened to fall on the sidewalk. The cartoon was up in the print area at our younger daughter’s art school.

Did you take teeth mold and post a notice on the wall nearby that if they were looking for them that you had them?
Did you pick them up with your hands, pinky-style, or did you look for a supermarket plastic bag and swoosh them into it all at once, making a disgusted face?
Or did you just leave them there with a guilty feeling that maybe you should have done something…. (did you take them home and try to sell them on EBay or save them for one of your children in case they needed one?)
All important soul searching questions…
as you can see the picture is quite evocative for inquisitive minds.

I looked at it and pulled out my camera as I said to Bill, “That’s an oddball photo!” They were just on the sidewalk in the middle of nowhere in particular, nowhere to post them and not going to touch them. As for our family, we’re thankfully past that, having a set of braces and also a mouthpiece in our financial pasts. 🙂 The drawing was done by some art student at PAFA in Philadelphia. Wish I had done it.

OK I find myself wondering what the heck you were drinking when you dreamed this one up Janet! I just LOVE the gator in levis but a RETAINER??? EWWWWWW!!!!!
Tina, we were innocently walking along the sidewalk on our way back from the grocery store and there it was, lying right in front of me. All photos of this type are grist for the oddball mill, so I pulled out the iPhone and captured it! 🙂
Egads! For a moment, I thought that some poor chap had lost their teeth, but at least it’s just some sort of add-on and not the genuine article… Although, as someone who’s suffering from dental distress, this comes dangerously close to my worst nightmares. I’ve heard that if you dream about your teeth falling out, it means you’re about to come across some money, but it’s far too terrifying for me to believe it could indicate anything good.
I guess someone’s parents weren’t too thrilled when s/he came home without this. I’d prefer money, but this makes a good oddball photos.
