Melisey’s general store is filled with all sorts of things you might need, from dishes to hardware. I spotted these vibrant beauties there on my visit.

Great colours. Which to choose? 😀
Fortunately (or un-), I don’t have to worry about that as there’s no way one would fit in my luggage. But they’re gorgeous, aren’t they?

I love it! Great colours too!
Make cooking a pleasure, don’t you think?

A wonderful collection of color!
Thanks, Cindi. Nice to have you visit.

I’ll have the red pot, please.
I’d be hard pressed to choose, but red or blue would probably be my favorites.

Beautiful pottery! Was this in France?
It is in France. I’m here for another three days, then back to the States on Sunday. Since we’ve had a lot of rain, the pops of color are appreciated. 🙂

They are beautiful.
Glad you enjoyed them. They have an amazing selection for a relatively small store.

nice oranges. Enjoy the trip.
Randy, it’s been great. I’ll be back home on Sunday. I’ll miss being here but it will be good to see Bill again. 🙂

Beautiful casserole dishes! 🙂
I’d love to have one, but too hard to get home in a suitcase and I’m too cheap to have one shipped. 🙂

Your photos are so vibrant this week. I adore them. Thanks for playing. 🙂
Thanks, Cee. While I’m somewhere where we’ve had so much rain, I’m enjoying the colors of the entries.

Love all those colorful dishes!
I couldn’t get my camera out fast enough, Sue.

Wow, that lamp shade is amazing!
They have some amazing things, that’s for sure. Thanks for stopping by.

Gorgeous pic that made me pine for my previous home in the Alsace, where these dishes are found in most homes… is that where you were?
I’m in the Franche-Comté which is, I believe, not far away.

True! Try to visit Strasbourg or Colmar, they are beautiful towns (MM heaves nostalgic sigh as she attempts to live by proxy). The Franche-Compté is home to one of my favourite cheeses – Compté!
Should be a nice store, love all the colourful stuff in there!
It’s a great store and so eclectic.
