I have to admit this week’s photo challenge, “Cover Art”, had me stumped. I was getting ready to come up with a post on a completely different subject when I realized that my new book, Selfies ala Magritte, would be perfect for this challenge. You can help me choose which photo should go on the cover. It’s not on Amazon yet, but I’ll let you know when it’s available to order. And here’s a link to more Magritte images.

My first reaction was definitely the second photo. Then I read the comment above about eyes as window to the soul… that totally cinched the choice.
Seems you now have the cover photo and the title…

Looks like it’s going to be a lovely weekend. In fact, the entire week’s been filled with lovely autumn weather although when I walked in the park yesterday morning, there was frost and I got some great shots!
And I totally bought the book part 🙂 I like the first pic, kind of abstract.

NIce shots and I totally love Magritte. Surrealism has always fascinated me.

I think the first image is better, it is interesting, but the more I look at it, I think it is a little busy, so I am going to go with the second image for your book. In that, I feel you are almost real! 🙂
I’m torn between the two as I like the colors and look of the partial face in the first, but I also like the second. Guess that’s why I posted both. 🙂
