Cee’s Oddball Photo Challenge 2015: Week 17…Where’s the beef?

New Glarus, Wisconsin is America’s Little Switzerland and the endpoint last weekend of an approximately 170 mile, three-day bike ride by my husband and a friend.  I enjoyed a bit of exploring while they rode and we ended the adventure with a round of tasty beer from the New Glarus Brewing company, whose brewery looms over the town like a feudal castle over its medieval village.

Much of the little “downtown” area resembles nothing so much as a tiny bit of Switzerland, all the way down to the happy cows found throughout the town.  Here’s just one example.  Who knew Swiss cattle could cook?

I certainly hope you picked up some of that New Glarus beer to take home! Spotted Cow is my absolute favorite. Living in Wisconsin has its perks!

  6. Is this the No Bull Hotel or All Bull Hotel?
And I know that you wouldn’t steer me wrong either way.
