Cee’s Oddball Photo Challenge 2015, Week 28…a latte oddball

My favorite place in Pasadena is Urth Caffe, where I just had to try this matcha latte on my last morning. How cool is that?  A day earlier, I spied a barista doing the designing on a drink using a toothpick that he wiped on a towel between sweeps.  This is an oddball in the very best possible sense.

I have never seen a latte like that! 😀 Love the colour!

  4. OMG … that is a beautiful swan. I like the way they made the tea look so pretty. The most my barista makes is a heart. I hope the tea was tasty. I understand that matcha is healthy. Fabulous entry …!!!
    😍

    • Thanks, Izzy. I was very tasty and I must admit I was impressed by the design. I rarely get coffee drinks and the last one I had had a heart done on the top. Very pretty but not as elaborate as this.

  6. Amazing. A man’s gift will most definitely make a place for itself, won’t it?

  7. Oooh, it is a shame to drink this work of art. Great post Janet.
