“Creepy” is something that rarely makes it into my photos, but these photos taken last year when visiting our younger daughter in Philadelphia, creeped us both out. Therefore, I offer them to you in hopes that they have the same effect. 🙂

Dolls are always creepy. Janet. They do the trick with their eyes. My son can’t look at them. Good one!
Amy, I wasn’t sure I’d have anything to enter, but I’d forgotten about these. The head off to the side is creepy in and of itself. 😉 Our one daughter thinks clowns are creepy.
Have a great weekend!

This sure is creepy, Janet. 🙂
I thought so, too, Norma.
janet
It doesn’t get much creepier than this, Janet! 😯
I agree!
One persons art is another person’s creepy.
Can’t argue with that, Dawn.
janet
Truly creepy. I may not sleep tonight.
🙂

Ooh, scary dolls…my favourite kind of creepy!
At least it wasn’t Chucky/Chuckie. I always figured you should be able to drop kick a demented doll, but I could be wrong. 🙂
janet
The head with two bodies adds an unsettling feeling…
I wonder why? 🙂
janet
Yes it had the same effect. Creepy.
Much creepier than all the other photos (not many of them) that I thought I could perhaps make creepy. This is just creepy in its own right.
janet
I remember seeing a lot of those dolls in a shop in Rome… Definitely Creepy! I’ll stick to model trains 😉
Holy cow! You mean there are more than one of these??? Yuk!
janet
WHOA. I LOVE this shot, Janet! Perfect with the mirror. Where did you find this beauty? Wonderful and creepy! ~Theadora
It was in a case at the place where my daughter had her capoiera class. Go figure!
janet
Dolls eyes….eugh…definitely creepy!
It’s the off-center head that bothers me more than anything, Sue. But for whatever reason, it qualifies as creepy.
janet
Definitely creepy!
Especially in the evening!
janet
Ugh…where’s the other head?
Not sure I want to know. Yuk!
janet
Definitely creepy!
We both saw it, looked at each other, and made that “Really?” face.

It’s great that you captured and shared it with us readers.
The biggest problem was that I’d forgotten that I’d even taken it and it took ages of scrolling through files to even find it. 🙂
Hehe, I can totally relate to that! I’m not good enough at tagging my photos when importing them into my library. I usually just add general tags…
I import by dates or places, so I have a zillion files to go through unless I can think of a shot right off the bat. Even then, I might have a bit of a time finding it.
I have the folders in Years – Months.
Then I have subfolders under Months with names of countries I’ve visited , or special events that I’ve attended/photographed. It’s an OK system, but it’s easy to forget which year I was here and there. I should be better at tagging my photos, it would have made things easier, but it’s also a lot of work to tag every single photo…

You did better than me because so far I couldn’t even come up with a photo I’ve taken that would fit creepy. Guess I’m always looking at flowers, water, and doors. 🙂
Judy, I’m in the same boat. I was searching for at least twenty minutes through my files, thinking I’d have to make something into B&W and hope it looked creepy. Then I came upon these and I had my answer. I think this is a tough one. Lots of things are only creepy to certain people and some things are gross or disgusting rather than what I’d consider creepy.

Hi Janet! This one looks scary also. Just right for some horror story. I don’t have any pic this time.
This was a hard one, Indira, so I understand not having one. Have a wonderful weekend.
janet
Oh my goodness!!
That’s what I thought when seeing this!
janet
Oh those dolls a creepy. In art school I did a drawing of a baby doll head with only one eye. Wish I had for this challenge.
Isn’t it odd that things that children play with, things we consider toys, can be so creepy?
janet
Janet, these ain’t no barbie dolls. Eeek.
That’s for sure. I thought “Eeek””,” too.
I had a doll with eyes like that. I thought she was creepy. But, it was the only doll I had.
Good choice for the challenge, Janet. 😎
Argh so creepy!
I have fulfilled my assignment! (Evil laugh.)
janet
You certainly have!
These are really creepy!
🙂 This is a real creepy picture! 😉
Very nice and creepy! I like!!
What makes dolls so creepy? Thanks for stopping by, Jennifer, and have a non-creepy week!
janet
I think its their eyes 🙂 Have a non-creepy week as well!
Oh yeah! THAT’S creepy!
It really is! Thanks for stopping and commenting as well.
