Are you a sailor, Andy? I’ve sailed only a few times, but each was a wonderful experience. The water really brings out the beauty of the web, that’s for sure.
Yes, I have sailed many – I learned to sail when I was about 13 years old – I sailed in the straits between Singapore and Malaysia and have continued to enjoy the experience here in sunny Queensland Australia – I am glad sailing has given you some enjoyment, and it is obvious that you enjoy photography.
They are truly works of art, Judy. Some mornings when I’m walking and there’s been rain or heavy dew, every web is highlighted by the moisture and the beauty is overwhelming…as is the compulsion to try to capture every one on camera. ๐
I find spider webs terribly fascinating and proof that God exists. Creation like that doesn’t ‘just happen.’ Beautiful photo. Thanks for capturing it for the rest of us to enjoy.
When I’m in nature, I have a difficult time understanding why anyone can think all that “just happened.” Even if you don’t believe in the same God as I do, how does nature not show divine creation? Thanks for dropping by this morning, Rochelle. I look forward to reading your FF story a bit later.
Amazing… ๐
Water really brings out the best in spider webs, I think. ๐ It adds such beauty.

Agree with you… ๐
Nice ๐ for me the webs shape is like an old sailing ship… I guess the water helps with that image . Thanks for sharing

๐ Beautiful! ๐
I’m constantly stopping to take photos of droplets of water, but in profusion such as this, their beauty is especially evident. Happy Wednesday!

I always ‘like’ spiderwebs because I consider them works of art, but I ‘love’ this one with the jewels. ๐

Glad you liked it, Lola. We’re blessed to live somewhere with lots of parks!
How beautiful! And good job getting such a clear, close picture.
Thanks, Sharon. I do enjoy macro photography.

So gorgeous. ๐
Thanks very much.

Pure elegance. So delicate. I think you happened upon a tailor or weaver for The Fairy Queen
I thought I saw a little thing flying away. I thought it was a goldfinch, but maybe…

Stunning capture Janet. It certainly looks like nature’s diamonds
And all for free! ๐
Magical …!!!
Thanks!

I love this. I want to warn the lady bugs to not go there though.
A ladybug with a penchant for diamonds is certainly in trouble! ๐ Glad you love the photo, though.
