The challenges for the Weekly Photo Challenge are getting trickier as themes are used up. This week, Shane’s challenging us to photograph something or someone “From every angle.” My response hails from an experimental moment at the table in France last year.
“Everybody’s got an angle.”
~Bob Wallace, “White Christmas”
An admirable job finding angles for a non-angular object!
Thanks, Jann. That’s very much appreciated. 🙂

That knife sure looks like a paint brush in that first photo. Good job, Janet.

Thanks very much, Allan. I had a good time with these.

Thanks! I really loved the way it looked, so I’m glad it came through so well.

Very creative way of showing the effect different angles can have.
Thanks very much, Karen.

A wonderful play with color and reflection. Very creative, Janet!
I’m so pleased you like the shots, Marion. Hope you enjoyed your weekend and that you have great week.
A farewell party of a co-worker on Saturday and a fancy fair on Sunday. Yes, the weekend was nice! How was yours, Janet?
We had a lovely weekend, Marion. Saturday was filled with much-needed rain and after getting completely soaked at the farmer’s market in the morning, we stayed in all day, reading and relaxing. Sunday’s always church, then this week, a visit to the Arboretum and more relaxing.
Thank you for teaching me a new word: Arboretum. A collection of trees, right? Sounds like a very nice weekend, and I hope you’re all dried up by now. 🙂
It was dry on Sunday, Marion. The Morton Arboretum does feature trees, but it also had plants and flowers of various kinds. You can bike there are well as drive, eat, shop, take your children to the lovely children’s area (which we enjoy as adults), go to presentations, take classes, etc. Here’s the link, if you’d like to see more: http://www.mortonarb.org/.
A great place to be, oh wow. I was looking at the theatre-hike. Magical for children and grown-up kids.
Right now they have some amazing Lego sculptures which I’ll be featuring in a post sometime this week. So cool!
Well done for the composition and creativity! Excellent entry for the challenge.
Thanks so very much, Lucile. Got some good shots at the Arboretum today. Maybe you’ll see them this week or maybe it will be more park shots. Have to see what I have later tonight.
