I recently had time for a short trip to Philadelphia, doing the daughter visit thing. Despite an entire day of rain, wind, and cold, followed by a day of rain and chill, and, finally, a day of some sun, no wind, and somewhat warm temperatures, we had a great time. I also managed to come across a few oddballs, as well as have a couple of outstanding cappuccinos.
Have a blessed Sunday and a wonderful week.
Found at a construction site downtown. Definitely odd!
Indoors at the airport which, considering the weather, was a good thing.
Decidedly odd!
Especially that head! 🙂

“Classic” head-shot – LOVE IT, lol! 😉
Ha! So if someone asks for a head shot…. Yikes!

Well… at least you know they won’t ask you again… sorry, couldn’t resist! 😉
I just kept staring at your first photo and felt like I was in some horror movie trans. 😀 Great post for this week.
It was a bit disconcerting to see, but the first thing I said was, “I have to get a shot of this for the Oddball Photo Challenge.” 🙂

I knew someone who once kept a mannequin head in his front window. It was very creepy.
I’d think so!!

I vote yes, it fits right in with my neighbor who had a very life-like hand that stuck out from his closed car trunk.
I’ve seen similar things, Charlie. Goofy stuff. Hope you had a great weekend.

Currently reading Labyrinth with a town being over taken during war and people beheaded and heads stuck on poles around the town. Your first photo shows me what it would/might look like.
Grim, Woolly, but many grim things happen during a war. I’m glad this was just macabre!

LOVE that first photo! So awesome on so many levels.
🙂 Quite interesting to see in the middle of a large city.

Perfectly odd!!

LOL This is what I call ‘getting a head’—with attitude! 🙂
