Close to the truth. But I get what the author mean.
I wouldn’t want to be the victim of certain people’s anger. Rochelle’s main character this week is one extreme example, and the world’s news is filled with the end result of people anger emptied out on to innocents.
Randy, letting go of anger is like forgiveness: something you do for your own mental and emotional health, not for the benefit of the other person. Anger can have terrible consequences, both for the angry person and those in his/her path.

I’d never heard this but it is certainly true.
The first person made unhappy by your own anger is yourself, so letting go is simply a way to begin to heal.

So true. When you let it go things get better.
Definitely, Leanne, but it can certainly be hard to do.

Wow!! That is very true!
