Great art Janet and guess what? From the reader – at first glance – I thought they were heals! High heels – lol! Not even that close – anyhow – this must have been nice to see in person
The Reader does lie…or at least mislead. I’m glad you came by to find out the real story. Yes, it was fun to see these in person. There are a couple more not in this photo. Lots of sculptures in Old Scottsdale, which is full of galleries and shops. It was also great to have it be in the low 70’s while we were walking around!!
Such nice weather for such a hot place – and while snow was at the ol’ homestead! My step daughter lived in chandler for some of her growing up years – but never been to old Scottsdale – looks wonderful
My brother and family live in Chandler. Old Town Scottsdale is lots of fun. We go there every year when I visit and I wish I could buy all sorts of Indian things. 🙂
Always good to meet a fellow horse-lover, Judy. A bit cold here today for riding, though, even if I had a real horse: -4 with wind chill right now. I’m even foregoing my walk in the park this morning and exercising indoors later!
On the plus side, the sun is out and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Glad I’m not out in it for too long, though. It looks just fine through our living room windows! 🙂
No, Allan. This part of Old Town Scottsdale is all galleries, shops, and restaurants. I believe this was next to a gallery. We were headed to the River Trading Post just to the right of where I took this photo.
I love the colors, so bright and happy, giddyup!! Grin
They’re beautiful colors and it was a great surprise to find them. Happy Wednesday, Belinda.

Happy Wednesday Janet and huge hugs!!

Oh cool! And just FYI – I only saw the resemblance of a high heel – the mobile reader
Even smaller and more problematic! 🙂
😎👠
The mobile reader gives a slice of a pic and so it was just at first – but your title nails it down!
Now, I wouldn’t mind mucking out the stalls that they’re in.
Other than that, I like horses – other folks’ horses.
Great find – great shot.
In a whin-nying kind of way.
Randy
Neigh, neigh, it wouldn’t be difficult to muck about with these horses. You silly man!

It is cold and gloomy here today but we’re getting the wicked cold in a couple of days when it leaves you. 🙂
On the plus side, the sun is out and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Glad I’m not out in it for too long, though. It looks just fine through our living room windows! 🙂
Were these iron horses outside a motorcycle dealership? Great color, BTW.

Thanks, Janet. I have enjoyed visiting Scottsdale, but I don’t remember this part of town.

This isn’t downtown Scottsdale, the newer part, or the very old part. Go the next time you visit. It’s well worth is and not far from the other areas.
Love the metal sculpture pieces; the bold colors are so enjoyable and so engaging.
They’re very whimsical, Charlie, so light and airy. I loved the colors, too.

Such a fun capture. Love these
This is really art to make you smile.
It made me smile, too, Lena.

I love the colors. Nice shot.
Thanks, Gina. I’m glad you liked it and thanks for commenting.

Delightful! Thank you, Janet.
Entirely my pleasure, Lindy.
Great sculptures!!
They’re so light and airy. And the colors are great.

Such elegance. 🙂 I like them, Janet!
I’m glad, Marion. The colors are so cheerful, too.
