Some days you just need to close your eyes, feel the sun on your face, and relax.
Saturday is an excellent day for all of these.
Enjoy the day.
Just close your eyes.

Enjoy your day too Janet!
Thanks, Belinda. The sun is out, it’s going to be unseasonably warm for another day, and the high winds are gone. Looking forward to it.
I hope it is filled with beauty and happiness. It’s really here too. So much of the snow is gone, it’s most unusual.
Wow, how big is this head sculpture?
Even without the table/stand, well over the height of any normal person. It’s very large!!

That’s what I thought! It inspires me – sculpting is on my bucket list:)
I’d start smaller, though, Jesh. 🙂
Who knows – when I’m in a brave mood (haha)!
You are so right about that, it is easy to forget to do just that. Really like the picture.
Lena, it’s so easy to forget to take time to relax, to have time where your brain isn’t occupied with all sorts of “have-to-do’s” and that sort of thing. We need time to refresh and time to allow our brains free rein. That’s often when some of our best ideas happen.

You have embraced the Color of the Year (Pantone’s ‘Serenity’) with this photo, Janet. I also like your suggestion to relax on Saturday.

I didn’t even know there was a Color of the Year, Allan. As I said to Lena in an earlier comment, I think we often don’t take enough time to relax and just do nothing, letting our minds roam free and our bodies relax. We need that as well as we need activity and some of my best thoughts have occurred while sitting or walking outside, thinking of nothing in particular.

I heartily agree. Checkout Pantone’s Color of the Year at: http://www.pantone.com/color-of-the-year-2016

Have a great day Janet!
You, too, Aletta, although in your case I should probably hope you had a good day. 🙂 As the kids say, “Whatever!”
😀 Yes we still have some day time left!!
Such a calming photo. Lovely!

Good. I want it to feel relaxing. 🙂

I can just feel that good-hearted balmy red-yellowing spray of sunlight kaleidoscope in my eyelids. Nice . Randy
Bill will be in Boca for work next week. I’ll tell him to wave in your general direction (thanks, Monty Python.) In the meantime, keep feelin’ groovy.
janet
thanks.
Goodness, what an image! 🙂 No clue as to what or where, Janet, but I love the sun on my face. I can almost feel myself unwinding. Hope you had a good Saturday too!
This is an enormous sculpture outside an art gallery in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. I’m glad it made you feel relaxed, Jo.
Thank you for the information, Janet. Much appreciated. Got the glass of red to hand now so it’s all good. Just a few blogs to catch up on. Cheers! 🙂
Sounds like a perfect scenario. I always have a few blogs to catch up on, but it’s a never-ending joy.
