A very joyful picture, yellow and orange is a great combination.
It makes the other flowers look a bit pale and bland.
Hello Janet, good morning.
It’s a vibrant arrival to make spring a beautiful season.
I was afraid they’d freeze after several nights quite a bit below freezing, but they’re obviously tougher than they look.
That’s so amazing. I was afraid that some of my plants would die after a sudden decrease in the temps a few days ago, but they are still growing strong.
A stunner this is!
They really make the front of the house look colorful, Hammad.
Beautiful colors and use of shadows. You are the Master (Mistress?) of borders and the orange is the perfect compliment to the flowers.
The sun shining on the flowers was so beautiful that I had to grab my phone immediately. We’ve waited so long for the spring flowers that they’re doubly welcome this year.
Gorgeous, so bright and cheerful.
They made my heart happy, Raewyn, so I’m glad you enjoyed them as well.
Did you hear me gasp with pleasure when I opened your post? 🙂
I thought it was some wind outside. Glad to know what it was and the photo brought you pleasure. 🙂
It always looks to me like daffodils have put on lipstick and are ready to head out to a party in their fancy collared spring dresses.
Especially these. Some are all yellow and that lipstick part doesn’t apply.
There always those after the “natural look” HA HA
Full of life and vibrant!
That’s how they make me feel, too, Ann-Christine.
Brilliant, in every sense of the word. This makes me want to run outside and enjoy all the beautiful blossoms in real life!
Then as they say, Hannah, “Just do it!” Always happy to bring some joy and longing for the outdoors into someone’s life.
Blooms of cheer 🙂
Aren’t they?! My feeling, too.
Spring has well and truly sprung in your part of the world janet…
Today is absolutely glorious, Pauline: warm, sunny, wildflowers blooming in the woods when I went off the path to explore, windows finally open!!
Long may it last for you, but just saw on the tv news a bad snow storm and hurricanes just hit USA again.
Fortunately for us, not in our part of the country and, hopefully, not long in other parts, either. It’s even going to be a bit warmer today, so I’ll enjoy it while I can.
Beautiful!!! ( I am so way behind with commenting!!Sorry!)
No worries. I feel the same way most of the time. On the two days a week, I work, I really don’t have time to do much more than try to respond to comments, which puts me behind on other days. The more challenges in which I participate, the more posts to which I want to respond, but there’s only so much time that I want to spend online.
That is exactly my same problem here!! Have a great week!
