He he!! OMG, bacon jam!! That must be very odd.
I haven’t tried this particular brand, but we tried another one once and it was delicious!

I’m pretty sure that the stuff in those jars would kill me even if I did’t go swimming afterward 🙂
You’d be amazed at how good it is, Lisa, although I haven’t tried this one, but another brand. Sweet and salty can be quite a good combination and of course, don’t eat too much.

I do like the mix of sweet and salty tastes…perhaps everything in moderation
That’s the best way. Sometimes, if I’d had something that was too sweet, I crave salt, not too much, but enough to offset the sweet.

I love to make all kinds of jam, but I never heard of this one. Not one I am going to try, I guess. Nice found though.

ALDI (Trader Joe’s to you) will stop at nothing! They won’t sell a single jar on their home market ( I bet).
I love Aldi and Trader Joe’s! We have both of them here, but I’ve shopped at the Aldi in France and love what they carry. I have not idea whether Aldi will carry this or if it’s just at TJ’s. Another store in Europe that I love is Lidl.

I know that ALDI and Lidl are quite popular abroad. In Germany you can’t have one without the other. Wherever there’s one, the other is just across the street. Not everyone is pleased about that here, to put it mildly.
We don’t have Lidl here, just Aldi and TJ’s, but they aren’t near each other.

It may sound crazy, but I’m tempted to try making a vegan version of bacon jam… I just know it’s possible, and quite possibly just as delicious!
To that I say, “You go, girl.” If you succeed, it will be delicious and all vegans will love you (even more.) 🙂

I haven’t opened this one yet, but we had one made by a small, independent company in Philadelphia and it was delicious!!
