My new favorite town in this part of France is Plombières-les-Bains, a town that has existed since Roman times, famous for its hot baths. The town is built on hills, so when you look up, you see a sight like this one. Plombières-les-Bains is in the Vosges department in Lorraine in eastern France. It is the capital of the Canton of Plombières-les-Bains. If you get a chance, visit. Take the baths. And don’t forget to look up
This week’s challenge can be found at Challenge.
How beautiful, love the details in the architecture and all the flowers!
We’ve been back for a longer visit and had two delicious lunches. Once I’m back home, you’ll read and see much more about it

Nice, Janet!
Thanks, Cathy. I’m mostly absent right now as I’m in France for another week. I appreciate you visiting and commenting anyway.
I love cities and towns that are built on hills. Thanks for sharing this one.
My pleasure, Dan. I’ll have a lot more posts about this place and I have lots of photos of cool doors from there. 💕

Thanks, Nicole. I am!
I like all their impressive buildings!
It reminded us a lot of Italy.

What a gorgeous place – that architecture. Hills and all that history. What fun
It’s a great place and there will be a lot more posts about it.

I loved the architecture of France and Germany. Are you home yet? I will be looking for photos!
Got home Sunday night, Madison. I’m working on photos, of which I have more than enough. But time is always the issue and I’m still trying to catch up on things around the house. But they’ll come. 🙂
