Do you have snow, Dan? We still have snow, but temperatures by Christmas Day are predicted to be above freezing, so it may melt before then. We’ll see. I do like bit of snow at Christmas, although it’s not the most important thing.
We still have a packed mess. It’s in the 40s in the day now and going back into the 20s at night. So, we get that gradual settling into kind of a crusty ice. It looks like we might get some additional snow, but I don’t expect much.
Very pretty
Thanks and happy Wednesday.

Cold & quiet and quite beautiful, Janet.

It was all those things, Allan. 🙂
Very nice image of winter. Appropriate for today!

Pretty scene, Janet.
Thanks very much, Patti, and merry Christmas to you.
Your snow theme on the site makes the picture come alive. Nice touch.
The snow theme comes from WP and I don’t remember how to stop it anymore, but I like it. It turns off at the end of the month.

Peaceful, painterly scene.
Thanks, Karen. I hope your pre-Christmas season is going peacefully.

Nostalgic place…
And right our suburb of Chicago, next to the park where I always walk. 🙂

The WP snow does add a nice touch to a snowy scene. Reminds me of The Breakfast Club. 😉 But seriously, what a beautiful shot!
Beautiful! Enjoy your Christmas with both daughters home!
