Get your face out of your food!

Lying on the floor with your face in your food is NOT an eating style approved of by Miss Manners.  But if you’re a horse, why not relax and enjoy your food at close range?  Ahh, life is good!

  1. Life is good to start my Saturday with this photo, and I can only imagine how good it is for that handsome horse with that impressive field of possibilities. 🙂

  2. Joanne Sisco says:

It looks like that grass is long enough to meet the horse’s face 😃

  3. What a lovely place to graze! 🙂

  4. Allan G. Smorra says:

    That’s some tall grass, Janet.

He must be happy to have breakfast at a convenient height.

  7. joey says:

Ha! So cute! There are mornings when my face starts out awfully close to my breakfast, but thank goodness no one has photographed THAT!
    Wonderful capture, Janet 🙂

    • Aw, come on, Joey. Just a little breakfast shot among a thousand or so friends. How bad could that be?? 🙂 Glad you enjoyed this guy actually sitting in his food, something we definitely don’t encourage at home.

      Happy Saturday.

  8. Tina Schell says:

LOL, you crack me up Janet – and that’s a lovely shot with those blue flowers girl!

  9. prior.. says:

Ahh – perfect title for such a delightful capture – and the tall flowers and waves of the mane really flow well – where was this captured ?

  10. No shame, I would eat just like this if wasn’t so darned messy most of the time. I can’t say I would look even half as elegant though! Such a stunning creature even without proper table manners.

  11. Madhu says:

Beautiful photo Janet! I want to be born a horse in my next birth 🙂

What do you think? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, that or the other thing.
