🙂 It wasn’t offended. I just looked it up and cabbage and kale and their ornamental types are all relatives of a sort. These ornamental ones are quite the beauties.
I thought so, too, Maddy. A trip to the farmer’s market been a nice way to start my Saturdays, but now most of the vendors are done and there are only two unofficial weeks left.
Beautiful and fresh!
These are planted right on the corner of the market location and they always gladden my heart when I see them.

Nothing like a nice fresh cabbage! Happy Sunday.
I just love the ornamental kale, Tish. The colors are so beautiful.

I beg its pardon for calling it a cabbage 🙂

🙂 Pretty sure this kale/cabbage is ornamental only.

Very pretty.
Thanks, Dan. I try to enjoy every bit of fall color to shore myself up against the neutrals of winter.

Love both colours and plant – a favourite in the pots.
Thanks, A-C. I hope you had a good weekend.

Just came home to cold and rain late yesterday, after some sunny days in Bulgaria.
😦
Was expecting a whole lot of oranges, not that gorgeous kale 🙂 Saw loads of those in Chiangmai in Jan., none around here though.
Aren’t they beautiful, Madhu? I’ll have to try to remember to get some next year to plant in our garden.

Wow fall color explosion!
Fall does have some beautiful colors, doesn’t it?

Back in the day when we “had our colors done” I was always an Autumn.
wow. Stunning colours.
I like the flowers, but I love the kale.

Gorgeous shapes and colors, Janet.
Thanks very much, Jane.
