This is my very humble attempt at an Ansel Adams look in one of the most beautiful national parks in the world. This is for Day 2 of the B&W Challenge issued by Su and, finally, an entry in Six Word Saturday. 🙂

Thanks all around, Su. 🙂 I enjoyed your snowflake.
Excellent tribute to Ansel Adams, Janet.
Thanks very much, Tish. I couldn’t help but think of him when in Yosemite earlier this year.
That’s a beautiful photo, Janet. I love the fog.
Dan, that morning was simply spectacular. There had been snow at the higher elevations and the clouds were hanging beautifully low in the park. We were on our way out, but it took quite awhile, as I kept asking my daughter to pull over so I could take another photo. 🙂
I love rides like that 🙂
Beautiful 😃
Thanks, Norm. Really enjoyed your re-post today.

What a lovely scene, Janet!
Thanks. It was a morning that was so beautiful it was almost beyond words.
You have caught the beauty, that knarled old log leading the eye in is perfect
It would have been hard to catch anything but beauty that morning.

This is beautiful! I think I know where this is. I hope to get to Yosemite this winter. I’m craving snow scenes.
We did see some snow, but most of it was as higher elevations or possibly in the closed areas of the park. This was certainly a beautiful morning.
