Thankfully, there was no “out of the frying pan” here, just another one of the oddball kitchen/food photos I enjoy finding and taking. Or maybe it was actually something from “Stranger Things”. I can’t quite recall. 🙂
At any rather, a most happy and blessed Sunday to all of you or, if you’re in Australia, New Zealand, or somewhere similar, I hope it was a happy and blessed Sunday.

That is pretty cool looking, Janet!!
Thanks, Amanda. Somewhat like the boy in “The Sixth Sense”, I see odd things (rather than dead people) everywhere. 🙂
You have an observant eye!!
Way cool! I totally love reflections..
Thanks! I’m glad.

What a unique idea for odd balls. Wonderful Janet. 😀
Thanks, Cee. Glad you like it.
Nice photo, Janet. I can see the profile of someone thinking about what’s in the refrigerator.

Ha! I was trying to get the shot before the oil heated up enough that it started rippling. The reflection makes the underside of the stove vent look much more interesting than it really is.
🙂 Hi Janet,
this is the perfect image for an odd ball challenge. I had to look twice to get an idea of what you were showing 😀
Have a very HAPPY Sunday 🙂
Good morning, Claudia. I’m glad you enjoyed the shot. I had an excellent Sunday and Monday’s off to a good start as well. Hope you’re having a wonderful week.
Interesting and definitely odd.
Thanks.

Oh dear Janet I looked and looked, then read the comments. Still not sure what it is, but it is very odd and I like the sepia effect…
It’s oil in a frying pan before it gets hot enough to start shimmering or rippling. You can just see a bit of the pan around the edge. 🙂
Ah now I see….
