These were part of my little perennial garden last summer. Can’t wait to see if everything comes back this year!

A vibrant profusion, summery and bright. Wonderful, Janet.
It’s always nice to start the day with bright color, I think, Jet. The sun’s out this morning, so I’m happy about that and it’s even supposed to get fairly warm (for spring.) Lovely.
Love the beautiful colour Janet!!
It looked even better in person, Aletta. 🙂
how beautiful, no wonder you can’t wait to see them again –
I chose all perennials in hopes that they’d all come back this year. If so, I’ll be thrilled. 😉

So very beautiful. 😀
I’m glad you think so, Cee. Enjoy the weekend.

Love the yellow tips on these.
Fancy-shmansy, eh? 🙂

So pretty! I’ve never grown those and must admire yours 🙂
Always glad to share, Joey.

Oh my, so gorgeous!
Thanks, Brenda. They looked so cheerful for a very long time.

Good luck on getting them back. Hopefully the snow is gone by then.
Very funny, Dan. The snow is gone for good, I think, and today the temperature was up over 60 and sunny. Lovely!!

Lovely – hopefully they will be back!
I hope so, too, A-C.

Those are so pretty! Are they Arizona Suns? I should plant some. I love them.
I’m not sure what they are, Deborah, although I have the little marker that came with them outside. I guess I should write all those things down. 🙂

No worries! They look like the ones a neighbor down the street has. I love to photograph them in early morning light. I always think when photographing them I should plant my own, but then I’m not such a good green thumb, and I enjoy the walk down to see hers. 🙂
There’s an older man a couple blocks away who’s an excellent gardener and he always has irises in the front. Can’t wait for those. I got one of my best photos from there. 🙂
Oh my Janet, how beautiful!
Thanks, Tina. My little garden of perennials was quite something in its first year last year, so I have high hopes for this year. But it will be some time yet. 🙂
Janet, I love these flowers! I wish I could recall their name… my mother always planted those in her garden. You’ve inspired a fond memory💕
That makes me happy, Jane. We can always use fond memories.
You are so right about that!
Hope they do. They’re gorgeous! 🙂 🙂
Thanks, Jo. I hope so, too.
