Not sure which of these you enjoy most, but the second one is definitely my favorite.
Theology, kid-style, #1
Dear God, please put another holiday between Christmas and Easter. There’s nothing good in there now. Amanda
Dear God, thank you for the baby brother but what I asked for was a puppy. I never asked for anything before. You can look it up. Joyce
Dear Mr. God, I wish you wouldn’t make it so easy for people to come apart. I had to have 3 stitches and a shot. Janet (Not me, just for the record!)
Dear God, how did you know you were God? Who told you? Charlene
Dear God, is it true my father won’t get in heaven if he uses his golf words in the house? Anita
Dear God, I bet it’s very hard for you to love all of everybody in the whole world. There are only 4 people in our family and I can never do it. Nancy
(from The Epistle, by Roy Alexander)
Hilarious. Charlene (#4) is going to make a great lawyer one day. 🙂
I think these have a cumulative effect: the more you read, the funnier they seem. Always nice to find some good, clean humor. Thanks for stopping by for a laugh or two.

They all made me smile 🙂 🙂 Happy Tuesday, Janet!
Same to you, Jo. I’m happy you got a smile out of the post. That was my intent.
I like them all but Charlene nails it 🙂
🙂 I guess it’s like the line in “Lavender’s Blue”: “I told myself, dilly, dilly. I told me so.”

Children’s logic is the best!!
It really is and when you actually hear them say these things, they’re usually so serious!
janet
I love the 4th one!
🙂
Brought a smile to my day, love them all
Good, Pauline. It makes me smile to know I made you smile. 🙂

Thanks for the chuckle. Mine would be: Dear God, Please don’t let Christmas decorations be sold before November 1. Thank you. Judy
LOL, Judy. I completely agree!!! (And not put out until after Thanksgiving is completely over.)

Clearly I’m just a big kid acting as an adult, because I can definitely relate.
Me,too!!
Definitely cumulative effect, but I really liked the last one, haha.
And I’m with Nancy on that, too. 😁
LOL! The last one is pretty funny.
🙂
I vote for golf words! Haha!
Of course you could substitute other words for “golf” and be on the same page. 🙂

Believing like a child!
🙂 With a child’s sense of wonder and wondering.
Hehe. Thanks for giving me a smile today Janet.
Happy to do so!
Big smiles! Nr 2 and the last one made me giggle out loud.
A bit of good, clean humor is always welcome, I think, but not always easy to find. 🙂

Having never been outside the active range of my Tetanus shot since I was four years old, I’m going to go with the “easy to come apart” prayer.
That may apply more as we get older. 😦
Ha
Oh so fun?
Golf words will get ya every time
🙂
Haha Who told you?! Love it.
😁. Sounds like you enjoyed them as much as I did. Thanks for dropping by and for taking time to comment as well.
