    Great shot.
    Your email pic was much smaller and more easily taken.
    The large size in this page is very confrontational (in your face). I had to step back a few feet to take it in – like in a museum.

    That’s my kind of shopping. Roast beets? Yum.

    • When I was growing up, the only beets I knew came from a can and I hated them. My first taste of a roasted beet salad made me a convert!

        I so understand that. My mother used to cook and pickle fresh beets, and that was all I ever knew. When I finally tasted the canned stuff I could see why people said they didn’t like beets.
        I only discovered roasted beets quite recently, and that’s taken my appreciation to a whole new level. I’m also really fond of grated raw beet in salads.
