That cup and saucer are Limoges, from France. I found them some years ago on sale in a gigantic thrift store and snatched them up. The cup is very delicate so the flavor of the tea really comes through.
Thanks, Claudia, for the good wishes and I wish them back to you and yours as well. As for meeting in person this year, it would be wonderful. Perhaps we can make it happen. 🙂
I truly enjoy a ‘good’ cup of coffee. I know you enjoy tea – more power to both of us. 🙂
I agree, Judy. I drink coffee once in a while, but it has to be a mocha or a cappuccino or perhaps a café au lait. I love the smell of coffee, though.

Six words I can relate to.
I imagine your tipple is coffee, but it’s the same idea. Happy weekend. 😉

Used to only drink tea for years but got into the habit of coffee at work. Now I’ll have both.
🙂 I bring tea to work, as what I can get there isn’t as good as what I have.

Lovely cup and saucer. I do think that nice crockery makes food and drinks taste better.
I agree.
Please, Janet. I’d like some too. 🙂 🙂
This is quite an inviting cup of black tea. Perfect for our rainy day today.
