So love street art. That second piece is amazing as it’s decaying
Thanks, Su. I like street art, too, as long as it’s street art and not graffiti, the latter (in my mind) being put somewhere the owner of the building may not like. 🙂
That’s an interesting distinction; and an important one.
These are amazing pieces of art. Thanks for sharing them, Janet.
Glad you enjoyed them, Dan. They really are amazing.
Wonderful pieces. I also like the second one that is peeling. Gives the face so much character.
Let’s face it, it seems to be a-peeling to others as well. 🙂
LOL you are so clever, Janet.
😉 I’m just too punny.
The last one is poignant non? Great finds Janet!
Merci, Deborah. Oui, c’est poignant.

Oui, c’est ca!
A diverse crowd, just like the inhabitants of the city itself. Very well seen, and surprisingly insightful.
I didn’t even think of it that way, Hannah, but you’re exactly right.
Each engages, public art is one of my favorite forms of communication.
It is quite enjoyable and often amazing.
I always enjoy the creativity of street artists. Fun WW … 😎
I’m happy you like them, Issy.
Love street art. It is one of my favorite photo shoots. Happy New year, Janet.
Randy
Thanks, Randy, and the same to you and your wife.
I live in LA and have seen and photographed the first one, but not the others. Are they also downtown? I love the second one. Great captures!
They were all downtown around what I would call the garment district where our daughter got her wedding dress.
Thanks, Janet.
I do LOVE good street art even the one peeling. Applause to the artists and to you for sharing.
And thank you on their behalf and mine.
Nice street art! I love it.
Thanks! I’m glad you liked it and I appreciate you taking time to comment as well.
