Waiting, huddled in his cloak…
Exactly. π. Of course at this time of year he’d be huddled somewhere else, somewhere warmer before heading back here!
π
The rest of us are wondering the same thing. Mid 20’s here in SC.
Oh, no! It was frigid here yesterday, aided by Chicago’s famous wind, but it’s going to get warmer as the week progresses, thankfully!
My goodness, he has a serious look, doesn’t he?
A bit the way I look/feel when seeing the morning temperature. π. Warmer weather is in the forecast, though. Hurrah!!
Ahhhh – I cannot wait for these beauties to return!!!!!
Me, too!
I can feel his pain. Great photo, Janet. Ξ©
Thanks, Alan. He looks like me clutching my coat around me as I go outside when itβs so cold. π
Ha! That looks like a disgruntled expression on his face … he’s definitely not impressed π
He really does look disgruntled (another good word.) That’s how I feel about winter right now. π
I think we’re all ready to move on to spring.
Very sombre. Beautiful shot Janet.
Thanks, Su. this guy was hanging around our little pond last year.
Itβs looking and acting like it here. Great profile image of the Great Blue Heron, Janet.
I’m glad you’re having some spring, Deborah. I’m hoping we might have some soon. π
Hehe! As the kids say, “Mood.”
True! π
He looks as grumpy as me when I’m cold π π
If he were here right now, he’d have to have a couple wool blankets!!
Wow!he looks pretty chilly!
It was actually during the summer, just a cloudy day. π. But when I did the post, it was chilly and I thought he appeared to be cold and waiting for spring.
