Ann-Christine challenges us to find angles this week. As Bing Crosby pointed out in White Christmas, “Everybody’s got an angle.” Even my van has an angle, more than one in fact as you can see in this photo.

University of the Arts in Philadelphia has a space filled with angles!

Even the Spam Museum’s conveyor belt, conveying cans of Spam throughout the museum, has angles even though mathematically speaking, they might be curves. But this is the internet, so who cares? 🙂

Janet, great gallery … I love art and I love museums … the right places for angles. *smile
Thanks and it’s good to hear from you. I hope you’re doing well.
Fab selections,Janet. It looks like that is an interesting museum to visit.
Izzy 😎
It’s an excellent museum, Izzy. The man who started/invented Spam was a butcher and wanted to have meat that would last. He also sent lots of Spam to Europe during the world wars and other wars.
I love visiting museums where you can discover wonderful things about everyday things we use and eat. I’ll have to add that to my list if I ever visit. Thanks for the review. 😎
It’s lots of fun and the area around it is quite nice, too. We found a good coffee shop. 🙂

Janet, nice to be back with you … I had a tough couple of months I could have been without health wise, but otherwise things are ticking on. How about you???
Sorry to read that. I’m doing well but busy. We’re moving to Arizona early next year, so I have lots and lots of decluttering to do and I’m also doing some traveling. Keeps me out of trouble, right? 🙂
Moving is one of the most traumatic things we have to go through after our birth, somebody has said … and I would agree. And somebody else has said that we should move every 5th year … to have an originated home. I agree on that too. I wish you good luck.
I wouldn’t want to move every five years. I’d prefer having a real home for a nice long time. 😊
Even your van – yes! Love this, Janet, and my absolute favorite is the last one with the conveyor belt.
That belt ran throughout the entire museum. The museum was fascinating and beautifully done. There’s a lot more to Spam than you’d expect.

I had a chuckle at the Spam factory, Janet, but I’ll probably wander round chanting ‘spam, spam, spam, spam’ to myself all day, á la Monty Python 🙂 🙂
There’s a small area of the museum that mentions the Monty Python bit but there’s so much more. People in countries all over the world love Spam and there are more kinds than I ever imagined. You should see how beautiful the Japanese make it look! 😊
Great angles! I love the conveyor belt.
That seems to be the favorite and it was pretty cool…and very long. 😉
Love your selections, Janet! The last one is really cool! 🙂
Thanks, Amy. The conveyor belt is the clear winner.
Ha ha. Great choices. SPAM!!
Spam before people didn’t want to get it and it didn’t come in email. 😊

Nice use of geometry this week, Janet.

Thanks, Allan. 😊
You always have such a unique perspective on everyday scenes… I love seeing it through your lens. 🙂
And I’m happy you enjoy seeing it. Thanks very much, Hannah. Looking forward to meeting in CA one of these days. ☺️
Spam museum! It took me a minute to get to the meat product, not the internet variety.
😉🥰
Lovely angles, Janet 🙂
Thanks, Hammad, and happy Wednesday.
LOL. This IS the internet so your final angle is a new twist on angles Janet! Nicely done
Yes, Spam then was much different. Glad you enjoyed the photos, Tina.
There’s a Spam museum? BUCKET LIST!
Oh, definitely. It’s been on our bucket list for years, as we go through Austin every summer on the way to Wyoming. This year we finally made the stop and it was well worth it.
