I’m headed to Philadelphia for Thanksgiving, van loaded with things for our daughter. While I’m gone, I’ll be sharing autumn photos from McDowell Forest Preserve, part of Dupage County’s extensive park system. I hope you enjoy them as much as the last round.

Thank you for sharing that beautiful trail. My first thoughts were – “I would ride my bike there”, and “what a great place to wander and shuffle in the leaves”. Safe journey!
People do ride their bikes there sometimes, but more tend to stay on the trail that has a better surface. It would be a great place to shuffle in the leaves!
