I’m ready for spring. Big plans to make a garden this year 😀
I’m too caught up with the big moving and finding a rental house plans to think of much else, but I may be growing things in pots there. We’ll see how it goes.
And love the photo, btw. It’s hard to get good shots of them in the bushes like that.

We’ve seen our sparrows tentatively collecting feathers this week – I think the birds are hopeful 🙂
It’s really not that long until it’s official spring, but you never know what the weather will do. 🙂

Great capture. He’s so handsome.
Not bad for being taken through a window and screen. 🙂 He was all puffed up against the cold but handsome as always. One good thing about winter is being able to see cardinals easily.
This is the question I ask myself daily. Nice bird photo to look at in the meantime.

Thanks. We have lilac bushes right outside the dining room windows and the birds love to sit there (or huddle, in winter), but I have to shot through both glass and screen, so I’m happy when it turns out well.

It’s a great picture. I have a bird-cam set up outside, and I still find it difficult to get a good bird picture.
The bushes seem to be the perfect attraction. During warmer days, they like to sit on top and tweet. 🙂 Little Twitter joke there.

They’re much easier to see in winter, that’s for sure. This one was in the bushes outside our dining room windows. (Shot through glass and screen, so I’m happy with the result!)
That’s amazing that it was right outside your dining room! I don’t think you’ll see them in AZ so, it’s great you got to see one this winter.

I’m happy for you that the first signs of spring is in the air, but oh dear I dread the first signs of autumn at this end…
I understand. I enjoyed another snow walk this morning, but not nearly as much as last time. Next week I’ll be in Arizona, so no snow there. 🙂
