As long as you’re still on the surface…

    • 🙂 Yes, that’s important and I am, but just barely. Just when it seems I’m doing well, another pocket of things turn up, or Goodwill closes for donations, or…. Well, you understand. We’ll get through this and I was be SO glad to be on the other side!!! We got rid of so much when we moved here 8 years ago and I’ve gotten rid of quite a bit now. But I see serious down-sizing attempts in my future. At least that’s how I feel now. We’ll see how it goes. 🙂

We’re all rather suspended in time, like a floating turtle. I like the photo. Beautiful colors.

  5. Haha. It seems we are both on the same wave-length again, Janet. 🙂

  6. Me to. I stick my head out then go back inside quickly. My daughter has me on house arrest 😂

    • I have my parent hopefully on house arrest, Carol. They’re so used to bring independent even at 91 and 90, but they’re definitely in the high risk category.

      • I’m only 74 but have asthma so I’m complying. 90&91 good for them for being independent but! Yes I would worry about them. I have a 99 year old friend. Her daughters are grounding her.

Floundering? Hope the move can go ahead smoothly, Janet. Hard enough in normal times. Stay safe, hon! 🙂 🙂

    • Thanks, Jo. I’m making good progress and I have two more days before the movers arrive. As a friend said, we can always pack behind the movers, too. I hope to have the van packed by Monday night and they come Tuesday.

    same here.

This really is a wonderful evocative image for the times Janet. Hope you and all your whanau are well and safe.

Oh dear – hang in there! We are also downsizing. Something to do while locked inside I guess!
