It was beautiful and peak at least for these types of flowers. There are others earlier in the year, such as lupine, which are also spectacular. It was dry, so I was thrilled to see this many wildflowers.
We moved from Illinois, not Wyoming, and the cabin is only really used in the summer. I miss some things about Illinois, especially the friends we had there, but for this season of our lives, this is where we’re supposed to be and I’m embracing it.
It’s gorgeous! It looks like you hit it at peak wildflower time!

It is so beautiful Janet!
It really was, Aletta. π
Those are so pretty!
Dan, I was very happy that there were still so many. Often as the summer goes by, there are less flowers due to higher temperatures and less rain.
I like that there is some distance between them. It’s a very pretty scene.
Gorgeous. Would love to be there to enjoy this scene in person.
I know you’d love it, Peggy.
What a joy to find all these wildflowers in July, thanks for sharing them, Janet.
Finding them in mid to late July was a blessing, Jet. I’m glad you enjoyed them, too. π
Lovely and hope you had great weather.
I wouldn’t have minded a bit cooler and some much-needed rain, but other than that, it was lovely and the flowers were a delight every day.
Such pretty colors on those flowers. Gives me inspiration for my coloring projects! Thanks.
My pleasure, Janet. Thanks for always visiting and commenting. π
Such lovely colours, Janet. My momβs favourites. π

Gorgeous, gorgeous. Just love those pink and purple polka dots. You can’t possible look at those scenes and not be happy.
And I was very happy. π. Glad you were too.
Lovely! It’s especially nice to see the harebells.
I didnβt know thatβs what they were called, Susan. Thanks. βΊοΈ
Lovely! Are you missing it now you’re back in Arizona? π π
I don’t actively miss it, but in some ways I miss it all the time, if that makes sense. π I do love it there.
It wasn’t an easy decision to move. π

Good lass! Keep me right. I do get in a muddle π€π
Why should you remember all that? Lots of online friends to think about. β€οΈ
