Dragonflies don’t have it easy. Our cat considers them playthings rather than dinner but still … Great Kermit shot!

Eat or be eaten. Next time you’re there you might get a picture of the frog in the mouth of a heron!
Well excuse me!! No herons around to be eating the frog. I’ll try to do better. 🙂
We might struggle even more to find something bigger than a heron that can continue our journey along the dragonfly food chain. Fascinating to discover how each is linked to the nect, isn’t? To think the dragonfly now being digested by the frog would have been the terror of some lesser creatures before its demise.
