I’ve been a bit under the weather the last couple days, although as I put this post together on Sunday evening, I’m feeling much better. As I’ve had a fever, I did get a Covid test to be safe, but I have taste, smell, no breathing problems, and not coughing, so if it is Covid, it’s a very mild case. But over the weekend I napped a lot, so apologies for not making it to everyone’s blogs. I’d hoped to walk with Jo today, but instead I’m going with simple, finding beauty in something most visitors at the Preserve may overlook.

Hope you be better soon Janet!!
Thanks. Feeling a bit better today again. Getting there.
I am glad🌸
Take care, my friend. 🙂
Trust me, I’m doing mu best and my husband takes good care of me, sometimes almost too much. 😉
🙂 Get well soon, dear Janet!
Hope that by now you’re feeling better.
Take care and a big hug xo 🙂
Thanks, Claudia. Better but not back to normal. Just hanging out in my room letting my husband wait on me…while wearing his mask, just in case. 😉
Such an intriguing photo. Hope you get feeling better soon!
Thanks, Frank. A bit better every day.
I hope you feel better soon, Janet! Beautiful photo.
Glad you enjoyed the shot, Brenda. 🥰
Better again today, but not back to normal. Progress, though.
Simple is the best. Glad you feel better, Janet! Take care.
I’m taking great care, A-C, as I did before feeling bad. Hopefully it’s just a bad cold or flu but I feel a bit better again today.
♥
Be well
Thanks, Beth. Doing my best. 😊
Take care, and I hope you are feeling better today. 🙂
That is beautiful. I hope you’re feeling better soon.
Thanks for both, Dan. Getting there.
That electric blue and the found accessory are one of those tiny treasures overlooked.
Glad you’re up and feeling better. We all worry at any sneeze or feeling out of sorts. Miles of smiles for your week ahead
Things that would have been not especially worried about before are big worries now. Thanks for the smiles and I’m happy you liked the photo.
Nicely minimalist, Janet! Hope you feel better soon
Thanks very much, Sue. 🥰
😊😊
I love the simplicity of this photo. It is symbolic of the ‘quality over quantity’ idea, I think. Excellent conservation of resources. I hope you feel better soon. Sometimes it’s hard to just allow ourselves to rest. Have a peaceful, regenerating day, Janet.
Yes and resting in one room for the most part is a bit boring, truth be told. Just getting as much rest as I can while waiting for the test results.
I’m glad you’re feeling better. Thank you for the beautiful photograph. It shows that even the smallest, seemingly insignificant things can be sources of joy.
You’re very welcome, Marian. Feel a bit better again today with my minimalist lifestyle. 😉
A fascinating shot! Glad you’re feeling better!
Thanks, JT. It’s a day-by-day process, a bit better each day. 😉
Hope you feel better soon!
Much appreciated, Lily. 😘
Glad you feel better, Janet. Stay well.
Doing my best, Amy. Daily progress. 😊
Oh no! Please keep us updated and take it easy. Hope you’re feeling 100% again soon no matter what.
Thanks, Hannah.
Stunningly beautiful photograph, Janet, and I am happy to read that you are feeling better still. Wishing you a speedy and full recovery.
I’m glad you liked the photo and I’m also happy to be feeling better! 🙂
hope you’re feeling better now, Janet. take care. 🙂
Thanks, Wilma. Always taking care. 🙂
I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been feeling unwell. Hope you’re back to 100% soon. Beautiful image btw 😍
Good morning (here), Su. I’m glad you liked the photo. I’m feeling better today but still more tired than usual, which is to be expected so I’m just taking it easy. There are worse things. 😉
That’s a very nice simple, and you know there’s plenty of time to walk with me. Thanks for the thought 🙂 🙂
I always enjoy the walks.
Hi glad you are feeling a little better- and what is in the photo – I see the wonderful cute of the branch – but what is int he middle?
It looks like a feather with maybe something else caught on it but certain bubbles and water drops.
Such a nice capture Janet! And really is the kind of artsy beauty we easily miss
Oh, I like this a lot!
Good! I really enjoying finding very simple yet beautiful shots.
…. you have a lovely eye for that!
