Wherever the neighborhood where we currently live, my neighborhood of heart is here in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. I was fortunate enough to visit for three weeks this summer.

The neighborhood.

Oh my Janet – really glorious and so very different from our landscapes and critters here in the low country of the south. Loved them all – but especially the four-legged neighbors!

PS, your link is actually correct and goes to Ann-Christine’s blog.

Wonderful images, Janet. The deer is magnificent! I can see why you love it there. I hope you can go “home” again soon.

    • Not until summer. Often there’s too much snow to get there in the winter, the water’s turned off, the cabin’s winterized and closed. But I certainly hope and pray there will be a trip next summer.

  18. That’s a wonderful neighborhood! I like the neighbors a lot!! 😀
