perfect Wyoming sunset !
🙂
Wow… What a stunning shot of the sunset!
That sunset gave me so many photos! I ran up a very steep slope at an altitude I’m not at all used to, with my Nikon, huffing and puffing, but it was well worth it. 🙂
Beautiful!
Place of my heart, Resa.
No wonder they call the region Big Sky. Great image, Janet!
Technically Big Sky is Montana, but it certainly applies to Wyoming as well and other states out west as well. 🙂
Thanks for straightening me out. 🙂
Just a matter of whether you go with the official state slogan or the feel of the entire West. I’m good with either. 🙂
🙂
Amazing. 🙂
Thanks, Drake. In my favorite place.
It’s so beautiful, I can even forgive you for nominating Tish before I tried to 🙂
😘. I’m worried about overlap in nominating. Sue nominated Ann-Christine before I did but I just left it because I’d set the post up in advance. 😉
It’s the price of belonging to a community I guess. But as long as we’re having fun, multiple nominations really don’t matter.
I agree.
One of the most beautiful spots on Earth. I prefer it to Yellowstone.
Have to say I agree, although Yellowstone is unique and beautiful.
What were you doing in Wyoming? My sister has lived in Sheridan for over 40 years–just sold her house there a few months ago, and three of my best friends from college still live there.
We and my brother and his family have a cabin the Big Horns. I’ve been going there every summer (with only two exceptions) since college. We’re up the mountain from Sheridan. 🙂
Absolutely gorgeous! Are those Pintos? They look gorgeous too.
I would call the Paints rather than Pintos, but looking it up, it appears they’re pintos. 🙂
😄
Stunning. This scene is almost too perfect to believe that it happened in real life.
The sunset that day, with and without horses in the shot was truly stunning. 🙂
