Playing with editing again at the start of this new year. Winter looks different in the Southwest…and feels different, too. Yesterday I was sitting on our back patio reading and basking in the sun. Of course it’s in the mid-thirties when I get up in the morning, but it’s generally managed to edge into the mid-sixties or higher by mid-afternoon. Since I can’t have snow, I guess I’ll take it. 🙂

I imagine your winters aren’t too bad, either, Jo, although walking just at sunrise here can be pretty chilly. Keeps me moving, though. 🙂

Arizona winter is unlike any winter I’ve been in before. 70+F today. 🙂 But when I walked this morning, it was quite chilly!

Very interesting editing. Ah Arizona and its unusual winter weather. I always loved living in Arizona.
It’s quite a temperature range right now, that’s for sure. 🙂
Even without snow, that sounds pretty peachy 😊
You can’t have these temperatures and snow as well, so I’ll have to suffer with the warmer temperatures and enjoy my snow virtually until I drive to see some. 🙂

And winter is really different there than up north where it snows
It’s amazing how different it is here. 🙂 Summer is more like winter in that it’s the season that people often try to get away from.
And is your skin feeling different? A little drier – it not really? When I lived in Colorado my skin had to adjust and used lotions for the first year — but in Florida (when near the coast) skin was emollient and even oily at times
Maybe a bit drier because the humidity is certainly low!
