That’s a clever shot! Can’t work out if it’s poster or real π π
Poster or mural on the coffee shop wall. π
Ah- I wasn’t sure if you’d done something clever with a ‘real’ person π π
Alas, my skills aren’t that advanced. π¦
You know they are! π π
I was thinking the same for a few moments
It would be difficult to put spoons in your hair that way! π
Don’t know, I’ve got such a tangle on my head at the moment think you could stick a broom in!!!
π I’d planned to get a cut in March, but then we ended up moving and Covid happened, so I haven’t had a hair cut in well over year. I finally decided that I’d give it a try myself and after watching a couple of online videos, I venture to take off a couple of inches. That was successful and last time, maybe a month ago, I took off a fair bit more. Thankfully it looks pretty good because I really don’t want to go somewhere right now and looking for a new stylist during normal times is a pain.
Ooh you’re braver than me! I’ve been cutting MrBs but I’m not confident about doing mine own
A lot depends on what sort of cut you have. Layering would be beyond my scope, for instance, and short cuts would be more difficult as well.
Yeah i need both of those!!
Beautiful. I have forgotten what dressing up is – maybe this picture will help me remember. Ha
But perhaps without the spoons. π I haven’t dressed up since we moved since we haven’t been to church in person or go out anywhere fancy, not that we do much of the latter anyway.
Have not gone to church for a year. Watch religious programs on television on Sunday. Sure miss church. No spoons in my dress up costume either. Ha Am on a waiting list for a covid-19 vaccine shot. They say I may get in about mid-February. Maybe my hubby and I can do more things then.
We’ve been watching the service from our church back in Illinois. Thankful for tech!
I like it … and noticing the little things made me smile.
It was a very unique wall decoration.
Looks like she’s soaking in coffee. Some new body bath. I’ve thrown out more cold coffee. Maybe save and bottle it?
Since it’s in a coffee shop, that might have been the intent. You can freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays and use it when you make iced coffee so you won’t dilute it. At least I’ve read that hint many times. I wouldn’t bathe in it, though.
There’s rarely any coffee left in my kitchen. In fact I’m often saying,”Who finished the coffee?”
It is usually me and I just forgot.
That is a perfect photo for the prompt.
Thanks, Dan. π
Outstanding image. You can just hear the music in the background – and her dreams
And smell the coffee. π
It reminds me of art deco art for some reason. Clever artwork for a coffee shop.
I can see that. The coffee shop is Italian and their entire look was very European/Italian.
This is a very interesting piece of art you have shot. It holds great humour.
I love that someone thought of a spoon mohawk!
Haha! Just thinking how nasty a fork mohawk would look!
Or a knife mohawk! π I just thought it was such a cool bit of art for a coffee shop. I love the earrings as well and as bizarre as it all it taken bit by bit, it looks so elegant. π
That’s so cool! Love the earrings! And I love Lavazza coffee too. π We drink it all the time.
I was only there once but it was quite good, even though I didnβt get straight coffee. It was a very chic, European shop. Unfortunately there isnβt one near us. It probably wasnβt an actual Lavazza store though.
But it is called LavAzza: https://www.lavazzanaperville.com/
Great squareup
Thanks, Becky. Glad you enjoyed it.
That is a fun shot!
I love it and it fit in so well.
