I’m a morning person so being up early isn’t a problem and I do love to see the sunrise. Here’s just one that I’ve seen at the Preserve.

oh my goodness janet – gorgeous
Almost every sunrise at the Preserve is gorgeous. 🙂
☀️😊
Simply gorgeous.
Thanks, VO. We get some stellar sunrises here.
Lovely sight, Janet!
It’s a great way to start the day. 🙂
Definitely!
Oh my, Janet – what a special treat, and so beautifully photographed too that I feel as if I am there myself!
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just zip back and forth to visit? 🙂
Absolutely!
That’s lovely. It must have been pretty gorgeous being there.
If it were just a bit closer I’d walk there even more often but I don’t always want to spend 15 minutes or so each way plus the time I tend to linger there. 🙂
Beautiful. Scenes like this make getting up early worth the effort.
Yes, they do, although it’s not nearly as much of an effort this time of year as when the sunrise is at 5:30 am!
Love that shade of orange. Such a pretty photo. You done good. 😉
Thank ‘ee kindly, ma’am. 🙂
This is quite exquisite! I love sunrise, and this one looks so warm and promising. We’re waiting for more snow tonight and won’t see a sunrise for about a week, if we’re lucky 🙂 I’ll return to this photo in the days to come!
Always happy to help, Mary Jo. No visible sunrise this morning as we thankfully had rain again last night. I see a good bit of the country is getting winter weather this week, winter weather with snow, not rain. 🙂
Absolutely lovely!
I do love mornings. 🙂
good thing, the only way I see the sunrise is through your blog 🙂
I live to serve.
That’s pretty! I’m a morning person too but rarely outdoors at this time 🙂 🙂
Right now sunrise is about 7:30 am and since I always go for my walk right after I get up, I’m up. 🙂 Even this summer when 5:30 was the time, I was almost always at the Preserve in time to catch the sunrise. Just my personal clock. 🙂
Do you go to bed early? Sunrise is about the same time here and I’m always up…waiting 🙂 🙂
I go to bed about 10 and read until 10:30 or so. When it gets light earlier, I wake up earlier. Now that sunrise is later, I can sometimes sleep in until almost 7! 🙂
I’m with you on the waking up but we’re usually up till 11-11.30. Not much in it 🙂 🙂
Wow… what a stunning shot, Janet!!
Thanks, Amy. Sunrises here are often beautiful, more so if you can be somewhere that what’s in front of you isn’t just houses. 🙂 The Preserve fits that bill perfectly.
Beautiful Janet.
Almost every morning has a beautiful sunrise, especially at the Preserve where it can be framed. But sometimes just the mountains as backdrop can be stunning, too, if you can find a place with no wires or houses, which is difficult to do where we are.
Now, that is absolutely gorgeous. A painter couldn’t get that color. Stunning shot.
Many thanks, Judy. Are you knee-deep or higher in snow?
There are a few small banks left, but that is it. We are suppose to maybe get a couple inches this week. I won’t say anymore or I might jinx myself. 🙂
What a gorgeous image, Janet. Love the details of the silhouetted tree branches. 🙂
Thanks, Jane. It was the perfect frame for the rising sun.
This is so gorgeous Janet!
Thanks, Teresa. I’m happy to know you like it.
Gorgeous sunrise!
Thanks, Cheryl. I do love mornings. 🙂
Glorious … Be Safe …😷 Izzy 😎
Many glorious sunrises there. 🙂
