Macro Monday

I haven’t done a Macro Monday for some time, but I was playing with shots of the flowers on my Christmas cactus (better late-blooming than never) and liked this one. I hope you do too and that it gets your Monday and February off to a brilliant start

I guess this might qualify for Cee’s “Flower of the Day” challenge, even though it’s only part of a flower.

  11. An abstract beauty. The texture of the petals almost look like paint strokes. Nature really is the best artist.
