“Nights in White High Thread Count Cotton” rather than “Nights in White Satin” but still quite nice. ๐ This was where we stayed in San Diego, at the U.S. Grant, while I was visiting our daughter and her husband some months ago. Very nice of them to spend some of their miles for this lovely room!

Looks good, and restful, Janet!
It was quite lovely. ๐ Everything was just right including a very large bathroom.
That is interesting artwork.
Yes, isn’t it?! ๐
Very pretty (but the song is still stuck).
๐
The beds look so comfy! The artwork over the closest to the viewer’s view is interesting. I’m not sure I’d want that head over my head at night. ๐
The beds were extremely comfortable, Deborah, so comfortable that I didn’t pay any attention to the head over mine at all. ๐
LOL! ๐
Wow! I love the art work and the choice of tones. This is a very lux looking room. Did the service match the decor?
It did, although we didn’t really require much service. The entire hotel was wonderful and the room was certainly luxurious, even though not enormous. But it had a very large bathroom and plenty of room in the bedroom and entryway.
I can imagine my OCD kicking in looking at those paintings, requiring me to trace the loops, curls and swirls over and over and over trying to figure out where the line begins and where it ends… My only hope would be if my ADD comes riding in on a white horse to save me!
๐๐๐.
Oh wow, I don’t know… In the dark of night, that might look more like the stuff of nightmares to me!
You must mean the artwork. ๐ The rest of the room was delightful.
Cool art over the beds!
Readers are quite divided about the art evidently. I wouldn’t be interested in having it in our house, but I think it fit in very well there.
I love white linen!
I do too, although this is just cotton. But it was quite comfortable.
Great!
