You may or may not like snow, frost, and cold but I think most would admit that at least the first two can set up lovely photos and aren’t possible without the third. Here I rest my case.

Agreed. Frost can help to create some magnificent photos.

  2. Prior... says:

They have such a nice mood with the thin, wavy stems and that too heavy kind of pod and then the frost – and the soft focus to the back…

  3. Snow and ice do make gorgeous photos, and these days I can choose not to drive or walk on them. 🙂

  4. Dan Antion says:

    Great capture.

  5. Gorgeous. It’s as if they were dipped in icing sugar.

  6. Jeshie2 says:

“Love snow, especially on the country side, but maybe also because it’s never there long enough (CA andTex). A stunning spherical capture for Urban! Great that your parents could celebrate their anniversary with their family:)

  7. Jet Eliot says:

I saw the title before I saw the photo, and had the thought we’d see waves. Fun play on words and photo, Janet.

    • 🙂 I was hoping some people would think that. Glad you enjoyed both title and photo, Jet. How’s your weather there? I walked at 5:20 am and it was already in the 80’s with 37% humidity, which is a lot for here. While walking it’s not too bad but as soon as I stop, the sweat starts. I was still sweating after my shower!!

  8. Snow, frost, and water drops do make things more magical and pretty. This is nice!!

  9. They look very yummy, like lollipops covered in icing sugar. 😅

  10. Resa says:

Fooled again. I thought there would be white baseball caps…or whitecaps on the ocean’s waves!
