I don’t want to miss an opportunity to wish the United States a happy birthday. We’re not perfect, no person or country is, but I believe we have the right foundations upon which to build and, when necessary, remodel.

Thanks, Debbie. That cormorant was not happy when it finally dropped the fish…and even less happy a few seconds later when an egret snatch the fish and flew away!

I just love playing with words. When I was homeschooling the girls, I made up several little songs about to/two/too and their/there/they’re to help the girls remember the difference.
